THE CITY OF SUNBRIGHT is accepting sealed bids for construction of a new office facility to be built by the following bid specifications:
FOUNDATION PAD TO INCLUDE ADA RAMP
METAL BUILDING 40X60
CONSTRUCTION OF INTERIOR OF BUILDING
DRY WALL HUNG AND FINISHED
HVAC SYSTEM
REQUIRED INSURANCE: Worker's Compensation, General Liability, Builder's Risk
A PRE-BID Meeting will be held Friday, July 7, 2023 at 10:00am for BIDDER'S interested in discussing details of the bid. The City of Sunbright reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
Bids must be received "Sealed" no later than 9:30am by U.S. Mail or HAND CARRIED on the bid opening date of Friday, July 14, 2023 at 10:00AM
