Report on the following:
-Progress of new build at city hall complex
-Progress of slum clearance phase 1
-Beautification Dinner to be held on October 28th (5-8pm)
-City's Trunk or Treat will be 6-8pm at the City Park
-Christmas Lighting Friday, December 1st at 6pm with caroling, hot chocolate, and cookies. At 7pm the park will be lit.
-Don Brown ETDD- transportation planner will present findings on the Morgan County Transportation Plan.
